Overview
This website is run by Roam. On our site, "we", "us" and "our" mean Roam. By visiting getroam.uk or buying from us, you agree to these terms and to our other policies (shipping, refund and privacy). If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms at any time, and changes apply once they're posted here. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a UK consumer.

1. Using our site
You must be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to buy from us. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it.

2. General conditions
We can refuse service to anyone at any time, for example if we suspect fraud or misuse. Card details are always encrypted when you pay, but other information may pass through networks without encryption. You can't copy, resell or reuse any part of the site, our content or our products' images without our written permission.

3. Information on the site
We take care to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information, and we can't promise everything on it is complete or current.
Roam bags are designed to the 40 x 30 x 20 cm size used for the personal item on many airlines. Airlines set their own rules and can change them. We can't promise that any airline will accept any bag, so please check your airline's current rules before you fly. If the bag doesn't fit your airline's sizer, our 30-day risk-free trial lets you return it (see our refund policy).

4. Prices and changes
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Prices, offers and the products we sell can change at any time. The price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.

5. Products
Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Some products or offers may be limited, or only available in some countries. We may limit quantities per person or per address.

6. Orders and billing
We email you to confirm we've received your order, and a contract is made when we dispatch it and tell you so. We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there's a pricing or listing mistake, or if we suspect fraud or reselling. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we refund you in full. Please give us accurate details and keep them up to date.

7. Offers, free gifts and discount codes
Offers, free gifts and discounts last only while they're shown on the site or until the date we state, and can be withdrawn at any time. Free gifts are added to your order automatically when you buy a qualifying bag, and the number you get depends on the bag or pack you buy. Free gifts have no cash value.
Discount codes can be used once per customer, can't be exchanged for cash, can't be combined with other codes unless we say so, and may be limited to new customers.

8. Delivery, returns and cancelling
Delivery is covered by our shipping policy. Our 30-day risk-free trial and your legal 14-day right to cancel are explained in our refund policy.

9. Faulty products and our warranty
If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you can ask for a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Roam bags also carry a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects, on top of your legal rights. It doesn't cover normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage.

10. Third-party tools and links
We may use third-party tools, such as payment, tracking and review services, and link to other sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them. Please read their terms before you use them.

11. Reviews, comments and submissions
If you send us a review, comment, photo or video, you confirm it's yours, truthful and lawful, and you allow us to use it on our site and in our marketing. We can remove content that is unlawful, abusive or misleading. We never publish fake reviews.

12. Personal information
How we use your personal data is explained in our privacy policy.

13. Errors and omissions
Occasionally the site may contain a mistake in a price, description or availability. We may correct it and, if needed, cancel an order affected by it, giving you a full refund.

14. Prohibited uses
You must not use the site for anything unlawful or to harm it or other users. That includes breaking the law, infringing others' rights, harassing others, sending false information, uploading viruses or malware, scraping or collecting data from the site, and trying to bypass our security. We can stop you using the site if you do.

15. Our responsibility to you
We're responsible for loss or damage that's a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or being negligent. We aren't responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses, because our products are for personal use. We aren't liable for fees an airline charges you, such as baggage fees, if your bag isn't accepted.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.

16. If part of these terms doesn't apply
If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the rest still applies.

17. Ending your use of the site
You can stop using the site at any time. We can stop you using it if you break these terms.

18. The whole agreement
These terms and the policies on our site are the whole agreement between you and us. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't given it up.

19. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
